Simec originally started in 1975 (Canton Basel-Land), the company in its current form (incorporated company,  registered in Canton Aargau) was established in 1991. 
Our name stands for "service for industry, medicine and chemistry" and already mirrored our comprehensive understanding of service.

Since 2010, the company has flourished under Mr and Mrs Sigrist. After long years in Zofingen, because of the constant growth the company moved to the city of Oftringen into a new, exquisite facility.

Simec AG is located in Oftringen in Canton Aargau. Its proximity to Basel, Zurich and Luzern provide ideal conditions for continued growth. 

Almost 30 dedicated employees and an outstanding infrastructure in our 840m² lab facility contribute to our joint success. Among our strengths is our high quality paired with flexibility, customer oriented work, and fair pricing.  

Over the course of the last few years, we have rapidly expanded our customer base abroad. We are proud of the fact that our services are highly valued and competitive in an international marketplace. Besides many small and medium-sized enterprises, our clientele also includes global market leaders.
