Microbiological investigations of food

You can send us your samples or arrange to have them picked up - we will be happy to provide you with our practical shipping container.
The investigation of the samples is then carried out according to the standards of the hygiene ordinance using accredited methods in our microbiological laboratory. 


Hygiene subscription
If you are interested in maintaining a high-quality level over the long term, we are happy to support you with our hygiene subscription service.
We visit your facility one or more times per year (with or without prior notice depending on our agreement). Among other things, the visit includes:
  • inspection of the production and storage spaces
  • temperature controls, records and protocol checks
  • collecting food samples 
  • collecting air and contact samples
  • investigation of the samples collected in our microbiological laboratory
  • preparation of a thorough report with explanations and recommendations
  • issuing a certificate, which states that your facility is subject regular, voluntary controls

The exact scope of the inspections is naturally established by arrangement with the customer. This means that an individual focus can be determined.
